Buying Off The Plan
Property & Conveyancing
Purchasing Property Off The Plan
There are several ways you can purchase property ‘off the plan’. You may be buying residential land to build a house on, or you may be buying an apartment or villa that is yet to be built.
Buying property ‘off the plan’ can come with great benefits. It means you can purchase property before it is even built and if bought well can give you access to instant equity before you’re even ready to move in. First home buyers who buy off the plan can also benefit from the NSW State Government’s First Home-owners Grant.
However, it can be a complicated process and can also come with its pitfalls so it pays to get sound legal advice. Our property law and conveyancing specialists can help.
